Usually I am the main one who takes pictures anywhere we go. However, I forgot the Nate took pictures during this trip as well. Here are the rest of our California, Universal Studios pictures


The beach
We cooked Tin Foil dinners on the beach. They were delicious! 




In Order to get to the Harry Potter ride, you must first take a walk through the castle. Universal did an amazing job. Here are some pictures of the things we saw.

KISS ME!


I had my crown put in place this past week. I came home with half my mouth numb. I hadn't seen Nate all day and was excited to see and kiss him. When I puckered up Nate started laughing and took a picture. hahaha OH we had a long laugh. In my mind,  my face didn't look that lopsided!  The joys that come from the dentist. 



MUTUAL
I really hope this video is able to play for you. For Mutual we played Hungry Hungry Hippos! It looked so fun that I asked another leader if she wanted to play be my partner in the game. I have two things to say. 1. If you are looking for a bum workout, play this game and 2. Play the game anyway because it's fun!

NEW ADDITION TO OUR FAMILY
This is our dog. We are still figuring out his name. We are thinking STINKER because he has already peed on our carpet twice in 24 hours! haha   side note: I am glad he has not pooped, that would be worse.

Here is a little bit about our dog: 
Gender: Male
Breed: Goldendoodle F1b (Golden retriever mixed with a poodle). The F1b means he is 75% Poodle 25 % Golden Retriever. 
Personality: From what we have experienced he is calm, easy going and clingy (i'm thinking the clingiliness will go away after he is not homesick/lonely anymore). He sat calmly in our car for a 2 hour car drive home. Since he has been home he hasn't barked.
Background: He has 5 brothers and 1 sister. He is the only brown color puppy in his family

We are loving this dog so far and excited to make him a Hancock!

Birthday SURPRISE!!!!!!!

Yes, it's true, my birthday is on Star Wars day, may the 4th (force) be with you. However, that is not the surprise I received. Monday evening I went to bed with cramps. Tuesday morning (3am) the vomiting started. Tuesday mid morning I couldn't keep anything in my stomach and my cramps were continually getting worse.  Nate came home for lunch and I told him I would like to go to the hospital. Once we arrived we discovered that I had appendicitis. What I thought was serious constipation ended up being Appendicitis. Orem Community send me to Utah Valley to get an MRI to confirm their findings. It was indeed true. Tuesday night I went into surgery and had my appendix removed. Afterwards the doctor spoke with Nate (because I was too incoherent from the drugs) and told him that my appendix was on the verge of bursting. I am grateful I got in the hospital when I did.   My sweet nurses put together and card and a candy basket for me. I love the balloon, so clever!  ...

Christmas and New years 2017

Our fireplace display! Gingerbread village and nutcrackers Bath time for church... Don't you love his blonde mullet!  WE LOVED the snow that came to us on Christmas day. Springville was good to us. Boston loved it more than anyone! The run of pure joy Letting Ethan all by himself! He did a really good job with his lack of coordination! haha Park day. It was very cold. Ethan made it 10 minutes...First time experiencing cold fingers was not enjoyable for Ethan. Decided to try Blu-Red. One of the the brightest Reds for LipSense.  Not my favorite, but glad I rocked it for the day PARK DAY WITH THE DOGS Eating Snow Love how this dog lays down. Full spread Strong jaw Kylo! Messy boy! Season with Family

BRAD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY! After having the famous Chip beef on Toast (Brad's FAVORITE meal), we all went bowling at BYU!!!  (heads up, they close 2 hours early during finals week) How do I know that you ask? Well my sister Cyndi, Mrs prepared, phoned and asked what time BYU bowling closed on Tuesday 19th Dec, she was told 10pm.  Thinking we had plenty of time to bowl, we arrive at 7:35pm. As we approach we see the lanes are empty and employees are cleaning up. One of Haley's friends (Brad's girlfriend) said they close at 8!!!  But that we could bowl for free the last 20 minutes. He gave us lanes 3-8 to use!!! We all spread out and were able to bowl at least half a game.
